Degree in Physical Science, IT, Finance / Business or any equivalent qualifications
Specialist / Assistant Manager - Digital Transformation
- Centrally manage all the digitization budget (CAPEX / OPEX) related to all functional divisions
- Control the expenses as per approved AR level spending, coordinating with corporate finance & IC paper approved by CDO & IC forums
- Establish a matrix to prioritize the portfolio of initiatives & distribute the budget allocations based on priority
- Periodical review with all stakeholders regarding the prioritization of projects, based on ROI and strategic importance
- Establish budget utilization dashboard by retrieving SAP & source systems data
- Review all digitization related IC papers prior to submission & provide required inputs/guidelines to UDs
- Establish an overall execution plan and identify a team within the organization to spearhead the communication strategy/plan
- Design sketches of presentations, posters, campaigns & announcements
- Write content for digitization related communications and Plan events, workshops & townhalls
- Build long-term relationships with influences and key stakeholders & marketing teams
