DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
The Customer Service Executive responsible for confidently and knowledgeably providing the full suite of DHL customer service offerings (e.g.booking, enquiries, shipment status, tracking etc) to all parties contacting DHL via the customer service hotline and other contact modes.

Age below 22 years ad school leavers can apply
Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhalese
Passed the GCE Ordinary Level
Should be confident & Dynamic Team player
Should be willing to work hard in a highly competitive work environment
