Degree/Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources Management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Interviewing and Selection of suitable employees to fulfill organizational requirements.
Build, maintain and enhance relationship with employees and the organization whilst ensuring all employee grievances and issues are attended to.
Ensure maintenance of direct cadre in the production floor by achieving planned Absenteeism and LTO targets while maintaining trust worthy relationships with employees.
Coordinate effectively with all related departments and respective personnel's on solving employees grievances.
Organize and conduct activities and events for employee welfare and motivation under ER activities.
Maintain relevant HR reports and timely Circulation.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Degree/Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources Management.
Minimum of 2 year experience in a similar capacity.
