POSITION SUMMARY
Possess a bachelor s degree or ACMA.ACCA or ACA qualification, MBA qualification will be a distinct advantage.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Evaluating and monitoring of risk measures, implemented and managed within the organization.
Providing support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the organization.
Facilitating technological enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management process within the organization. H Conducting independent data analysis on various risk dimensions within the organization.
Providing leadership to the company's Business Contmuity Management process.
Providing leadership to the company's overall Customer Feedback Management process.
Managing of the organization s Strategic Planning Process, including development and monitoring of the annual plans.
Managing the Credit Rating Process and ensuring adherence to regulatory risk reporting requirements.
Conducting audits of policy and compliance to standards, including ISO 9001: 2015 series, liaising with mtemal and external parties.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Possess a bachelor s degree or ACMA.ACCA or ACA qualification.
MBA qualification will be a distinct advantage.
Minimum 12 years' experience encompassing both Financial Risk Management and Operational Risk Management.
Minimum 3 years' experience m Enterprise Risk Management as a senior manager in the insurance industry. ^ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
