BRANCH MANAGER -AMBALANGODA
- Achieve and sustain branch profitability and growth.
- Initiate, implement timely and effective measures to achieve business units, branch & individual targets (Lending, Collections & Deposits)
- Market all financial products and services of the CLC in the branch/region and conduct mainly promotional activities.
- Ensure effective credit evaluation in the branch and approve facilities within the delegated authority limits granted and as per the credit policy of the company
- Ensure continuous growth and enhanced quality of client portfolio.
- Ensure compliance to all laid down procedures and controls (including dual controls) applicable to branch operations by self and members of the branch.
- Maintain a good relationship with business partners, business introducers, other financial institutions in the area and service providers.
- Age not more than 45 years
- Minimum of 03 years' experience in the similar capacity in finance industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer services skills
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge on KYC and Anti Money Laundering
