Possess a Degree in HRM/PQHRM or equivalent professional qualification, With working experience in a similar capacity/related areas for minimum 03 yrs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
To advise the management on legal aspects pertaining to labour issues.
To handle disciplinary/ compliance matters relating to employees.
To coordinate with EFC, the labour department on employee/ trade union issues.
To represent the company in labour related issues.
To develop/ streamline company HR procedures to ensure smooth HR Administration.
Align all HR functions with the statutory requirement.
Assist in the administration of executive staff and quality system compliance.
Preparation of management reports, attend internal meetings and maintain records on the related matter as required.
Assist in Strategic HRM and activities.
Attend any other HR functions/ corporate initiatives assigned by GM (HRD&Admin).
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
An Attorney-at-Law (compulsory).
Possess a Degree in HRM/PQHRM or equivalent professional qualification.
With working experience in a similar capacity/related areas for minimum 03 yrs.
Excellent communication skills (English/Sinhala) both spoken & written.
Sound computer literacy and ability to work in an IT-driven culture.
