QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Ability to evaluate and identity training needs via discussions, observations, meetings, feedback and other mechanisms as deemed necessary
Classification of training needs based on experience levels, practices, teams, products, projects
Identify the nature of trainings required based on operational needs, efficiency expectations, basic technology knowhow, business domain and product portfolio
Ability to plan, design, create and conduct various training programs
Be able to train the trainers effectivety
Measure and monitor progress associated with the training and development programs
Tune and continuously improve the training and development programs based on evolving needs of the company, customers and people
Must have software development, testing, deployment and agile process knowhow along with the ability to relate to technical people within the company
Be at least 5 years experienced
BSc in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized university
