DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Overall security operation of the hotel ensuring safety of guest, staff & hotel property
Ensuring that security personnel adhere to brand standards & standard operating procedures of the property
Reporting to the management on security risks and improvements on a regular basis
Implementing security standards to ensure all items such as food, beverages, gas, diesel, chemicals, electrical items are physically checked at the receiving bay
Ensuring legal procedures are followed for the lost items of the guests, hotel & staff
Development of the security team through carrying out monthly training programs on security related matters (firefighting. normal law, vigilance) and ensure their knowledge on security aspects are current and updated
Regular monitoring of CCTV unit & other security related devices and update the management on any suspicious moments and risks
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Possess sound understanding of security operations with a minimum of 8 years' experience which includes at least 4 years' experience at managerial level or officer level in armed forces/civil defence.
