Master's degree in law, development, or a related field from a recognized university
Program Manager (Full Time / Part Time)
- Design and implementation of activities to increase judicial efficiency and performance, including in the areas of case management, and judicial and non-judicial staff training
- Support implementation of activities at courts intended to increase public awareness and outreach
- Manage regional coordinators in carrying out program objectives in targeted program regions
- Serve as primary point of contact with leaders at selected courts and/or government agencies supported by the program
- Support activities to improve the performance and capacity at the Ministry of Justice, including support and implementation of new business processes and training for MOJ professionals
- Support activities to increase the quality and delivery of courses offered by the Sri Lanka Judges' Institute, as well as support the Institute's organizational development
- Engage with the Bar Association of Sri Lanka to improve management and other internal systems that deliver services to its members
- Lead/support coordination of various ICT activities pursued on behalf of program counterparts
- Responsible for ensuring accurate measurement and reporting of program performance measurements of the Program Manager's portfolio
- Serve as a member of the program management team, including working with the Chief of Party and Deputy Chief of Party on ensuring coordination of cross-cutting activities in such as gender equality and social inclusion
