DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

Clarify customer problems, product and service needs, and formulate differentiated value propositions.
Lead the process to understand identify analysis current and future market for the new opportunities for a business entity.
Managing all marketing for the company with the responsibilities appointing by the management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Degree in business management or relevant area with substantial numerical analytics.
Competence in compiling market & competitive intelligence.
5 to 8 years of marketing experience in customer/fieldwork, tactical execution and strategic thinking. Preferably in the ceramic, mining & minerals industry.
Ability to translate customer problems and needs into product functionality.
Ability to work closely with both Sales and R&D.
Excellent oral and written presentation skills in English.
