Bachelor\'s Master\'s degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or equivalent is mandatory.

• Minimum 8 years' experience in all aspects of HRM and IR, of which at least 5 years in a strategic leadership level, ideally in FMCG sector.
• Professional qualifications in HRM, Organizational Development, Psychology, Development Studies or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge and skills in Manpower Planning and Recruitment, Training and Development procedures. Performance Appraisal Systems and Disciplinary Procedures.
• Ability to make sound decisions and implement organizational change at leadership level.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire confidence in all stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken skills in Sinhala, English. Knowledge in Tamil would be a distinct advantage.
• Computer literate with good report writing skills & ability to analyse, capture and present information effectively.
