DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Efficiently respond to client enquiries via telephone and email Liaise with customers in order to fulfil their visa requirements
Coordinating the front office operation to ensure that all stakeholders are serviced with the utmost care
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Competent in handling MS Office
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills (preferably in all three languages) 1 Flexible, with a strong sense of achievement and ability to work in a team
Excellent PR skills
Ability to build cordial relationships with all visa officers in embassies and high commissions
Possess basic knowledge in updated information with regard to constant changes of visa applications, handling fees and changes pertaining to immigration laws of all countries
