DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
We are looking for a Network Engineer Network Security Products
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of IT with a strong background ideally in Network Security and Knowledge in the security software industry, including competitors, market needs and trends
Should be below the age of 35 years with a pleasant personality, self-disciplined, with good presentation skills and very good PR skills
Degree or Diploma in Information Technology related to the field of study with a networking focus or relevant Certification such as CCNA, CompTIA Network etc.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network security products including cloud base solutions.
Ability to configure, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches etc.
Knowledge of Windows Server based environments including AD, DNS, DHCP, Mail Servers etc.
Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols such a TCP/IP, SNMP, HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP, FTP, LDAP, KERBEROS, RADIUS, DNS, IPSEC, SSL/VPN etc.
Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
You are required to build up good relationships with the customers/partners and their technical teams and help them to resolve day-to-day technical inquiries.
Support partner's provision of Product Training/Demo/Evaluation/POC support, maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners, providing them with onsite or remote product demonstrations, answering technical questions and RFP documents.
Provide Email, Phone, onsite and remote support to the Customers/partner and their technical teams to ensure they have rapid and responsive access to our solution related technical issues or answers to questions with requirement gathering and product specification.
Ability to work with 24x7 support hotline roster & Provide Phone, Email and remote support.
Should be fluent in English & Sinhala.
Should possess a bike license and should be willing to ride a bike
