DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Answer the telephone, screen and direct calls
Direct and accompany visitors to correct destinations
Prepare invoices for clients as appropriate
Assist to the management for other administrative tasks
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in handling front office Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
Pleasing personality with an ability to do multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision
Must be computer literate with MS Office proficiency
The ideal candidate should be a female and preferably below 30 years
