DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Collect details and maintaining a database on product inquiries from the sales team and presenting them to the management.
Ensure to communicate all the job related tasks between departments and regular follow up's to compete given tasks on-time without any delays.
Ensure to get Market Price updates from relevant department/individuals on a regular basis and update the Director accordingly and follow up to get feedback to the sales team.
Instantly follow up on new product updates from the sales team by adhering to the procedures.
Take responsibility to follow up on the day to the task and the schedule is given by the Director.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Professional Qualification in Management, merchandising planning, supply chain management or any equivalent.
Experience as a Merchandising Planner or Logistic coordinator will be an added advantage.
Should have experience in maintaining documents and follow up to meet agreed deadlines
Ability to work with the top management and associates within a professional environment.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Highly competent in preparing correspondence and other related documents.
