OUTBOUND OPERATIONS - TEAM LEADER
- Developing tour packages and itineraries for a variety of individual clients and groups.
- Developing tour packages, select attractions, accommodations, and transportation options that tourists can then choose for visits of varying lengths and budgets.
- Should also consider various factors like mobility and specific Interests of group members or individuals to provide a higher level of interest, access, and customIzation,
- Provides direct assistance and answers client questions.
- Should also provide itineraries and updates.
- Providing updates if plans or schedules change during the tour.
- Tour operators may also provide agents, individual tourists, and groups with quotes related to tour costs.
- Planning and selling transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
- Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
- Providing relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events) to travellers.
- The main responsibility will be International Tour Package Sales and must have Idea to customize packages according to customer's requirement.
- Confirming customer names with airlines/hotels.
- Collecting, evaluating and responding (as appropriate) to customer feedback.
- Working with travel consultants from different travel agencies to put holiday packages together.
- Combining travel, accommodation and services such as sightseeing arrangements to create holiday packages.
