Vacancy for Human Resources Manager
Oversee the manpower planning process and fulfill manpower requirements of the company.
Maintain compliance on HR processes and procedures as per standard operational procedures.
Identify training requirements of employees and organize training programmes in order to enhance the competency levels of employees.
Administration of the Performance Management system to ensure employee performance is assessed and rewarded in a timely and fairly manner.
Maintain proper Grievance handling system and Disciplinary system in the Company.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Human resource statutory requirements.
Visit the factories on a regular basis and maintain a good relationship with the employees and attend to their welfare requirements & health & safety matters etc.
Ensure support services and facilities are provided effectively. Ex : Housekeeping and General maintenance.
Possess a Degree/equivalent professional qualification in the field of Human Resources Management from a recognized institution.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Human Resources Management out of which 2 years’ experience should be in a similar capacity.
Strong Leadership and Interpersonal skills with excellent communication ability.
