Diploma / Certification on customer experience or equivalent professional qualifications in a related field AND GCE A/L is mandatory
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Promptly attend to all customer queries with a professional & courteous manner
Develop, support & ensure adherence to work instructions, policies, procedures & practises pertaining to the company & division
Enhance customer service and customer experience aligned with the organisation's CSD system
Conducting customer satisfaction surveys by outbound calls and reporting results to management
Complete tasks &reports within stipulated time frames
Improve CSD related processes, policies and procedures in the organisation
Ensure the security of the customer data in the organisation's CSD system at its best
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Diploma / Certification on customer experience or equivalent professional qualifications in a related field AND GCE A/L is mandatory
Minimum 1 year experience in Client Relations or Customer Services in delivering customer-centric solutions Should possess excellent analytical, organization, negotiation and people skills Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire confidence in all stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Sinhala, English. Knowledge in Tamil would be a distinct advantage Computer literate with good report writing skills & ability to analyse, capture and present information effectively Dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and able to work independently and with responsibility Exceptional achiever in extracurricular activities Islamic and Hindu female candidates are encouraged to apply
