DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Designing and implementing various Employee Relations strategies.
Lead investigation and resolution of any employee relations issues across the Bank.
Anchor the disciplinary committee and maintain a robust disciplinary handling procedure.
Managing employee concerns and grievance handling as per internal policies and guidelines.
Employee services and act as the key representative of HR at the Department of Labour, etc.
Continuous improvement of various processes under Employee Relations.
Act as an advisor to HR Leadership and Business leadership on Employee Relations practice.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
8-10 years of job-related experience out of which 3 years in Managerial or Senior Executive level experience.
Degree in Human Resource Management / Chartered Institute of Personnel Management
A University Degree in LLB and Attorney-at-law and Notary Public will be an added advantage.
Advanced knowledge of employment laws and practices and the ability to serve as an expert in employee relations with hands on experience in handling complex HR matters.
