DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Supporting and maintaining effective communication and relationships between reputed clients and users from the UK, USA and other countries
Acting as the Mediator to provide an exceptional level of service, client support and assistance to the users of the system
Diagnosing and providing timely resolution on incoming client calls and emails
Providing case status updates to the Management and end users. Developing documents and implementing standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to the information system
Collaborating with other team members on planning and executing progress meetings and special working meetings to communicate information, obtain updates and resolve issues

Age less than 28 years
Flexible to work extra working. davs if required (Weekends)
