DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Assisting Company Secretarial functions of the department (assisting in drafting minutes/letters, following up for the ROC certified documents, preparing necessary Forms for submission)
Providing centralized documents to the line companies on request
Handling various administration functions and operational correspondence
Maintaining the centralized filing system of the group
Preparing reports and system updates in a timely manner
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
A Diploma/Degree or relevant qualification would be an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication
