DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Responsible for end-to-end management of the customer service requests which includes diagnosing, ordering required parts, resolving the service request, return of defective\un-used parts and closure of the service request by obtaining customer feedback on a timely manner.
Deliver where required inductions, technical training and advisories to respective customers \ internal teams. Manage and closure of temporally fixes, loan equipment \ parts provided to customers. Escalating technical incidents to vendor support teams\ management where necessary. Communicate and support effectively to all technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organization.
Maintain a first class level of customer service ensuring that all customers are treated efficiently and in an appropriate manner.
Travel to Residential customers \ Business customers and perform work On-Site at their locations or\ and In-house at any location.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Qualification in IT (Diploma, HND or reading for degree}
Minimum 4 years of experience in handling a similar role in a reputed company
Experienced in installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting Server Hardware, Storage Hardware and Network Equipment. (HP, Dell)
Ability to install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server family software / Linux family software/ Enterprise level databases. Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Firewall, FTP)
Excellent professional communication skills including experience in replying to RFP/ RFQ will be added advantage
Knowledge on Data Backup solutions / Cloud solutions and Enterprise level Solution Pre-Sales would be added advantage
Dynamic individuals with Good Negotiation skills and willingness to travel
